What if my Student is denied enrollment?

Oregon Virtual Schools 3% Enrollment Denial.

The state of Oregon law (OAR 581-026-0310) states that a student may be denied enrollment into a virtual school if more than 3% of a district’s student population is currently enrolled in an online school. If a family is notified by their local district that their student’s enrollment has been denied the family may request an appeal.
